The “Treasures in Heaven” program continues year-round. Fr. Peter would be happy to continue meeting with participants over the summer.

The prosfora this week were provided by Tula Margellos and Goldie Helgens.

Please continue to give Fr. Peter the names of your loved ones so that we can pray for their health and salvation at our weekly Paraklesis. Please specify whether you would like all or some of these names to be published in our bulletin so that our parishioners may add them to their daily prayers.

The fellowships for all Sundays in July are covered, but there are still many opportunities, especially during fasting seasons, to show our love for our parishioners by sponsoring. If all stewards/families signed up for one Sunday, each turn would come less than once a year.

For stewardship in 2014, we have $93,664 pledged so far, of the $100,500 budgeted/$118,715 needed for the 2014 budget. Please fill out a pledge form if you have not done so yet! Forms should be in the narthex.

Our parish is once again offering $500 for assistance with summer camp costs, with a limit of $250 per child. July 13 is the deadline for applying for the scholarship. As in the past, the scholarship will function as a reimbursement to the family. Tomorrow, June 30, is the deadline for applications to Camp St. George.

In fall and spring, we will continue our education series. One of the topics will be the Divine Liturgy. This week, Fr. Peter will be choosing the second topic, so if you have a topic related to our faith (practices, beliefs, books of the Bible, book of or about saints) that you would like us to cover, please let Fr. Peter know as soon as possible.
