You may still sign up in the hall to contribute to the flower decorations of the church for Christmas.

Please make sure you have fulfilled 2013 pledge obligations before the end of the year, if not done already. Preliminary financial reports were distributed last Sunday as a reminder. For 2014, we have $61,745 pledged so far. Please fill out a pledge form if you have not done so yet! Forms should be in the narthex.

2014 calendars are here. Please bring your 2013 calendars back so that we can use the icons for Sunday school.

The outdoor blessing of the waters will take place on Saturday, January 4, at 4:30 p.m. on the bridge across First Avenue. St. John will then host Vespers, celebrated with St. George and St. Raphael.

Starting Monday, January 13, and through the month of February, Fr. Peter will be blessing the homes of the St. John faithful. The schedule will be going out by email soon and this week by regular mail to those who do not have email or whose email addresses we do not have. Please contact the office as soon as possible if you would like to make a change in the schedule.

St. John altar feast services will include Great Vespers on Monday, January 6, at 6:00 p.m. and Orthros and Divine Liturgy on Tuesday, January 7, at 9:00 a.m. Come celebrate our patron saint!
