We are looking for a sponsor for the meal following the Presanctified Liturgy for the first week of Lent, this Wednesday. Please see Maria Katsiris or Kay Escobedo if you are interested.
Please give Fr. Peter names of your loved ones who have fallen asleep; we will pray for everyone this coming Saturday. Mark the names of Orthodox Christians so they can continue to be remembered throughout the year when Fr. Peter prepares the holy gifts for the Liturgy.

For 2014, we have $84,771 pledged so far, of the $100,500 budgeted/$118,715 needed for 2014. Please fill out a pledge form if you have not done so yet! Forms should be in the narthex.
The St. John the Baptist phase of the 2014 St. John Chrysostom Oratorical Festival (grades 4-12) will be on Sunday, March 23. Let Anne Gasperetti or Fr. Peter know if you want to participate.

March 9 is the Sunday of Orthodoxy. Everyone is invited to bring an icon from home, and children may participate in the procession with their icons.
Our fundraiser for the Orthodox Christian Mission Center (OCMC) begins on March 9, when children will receive their coin boxes, and a tray will be passed. Our goal this year is $300.
